To begin shopping, click on either the “Start Shopping” link or one of the category choices, i.e. Anniversary, Get Well, etc. A photograph, a description and the price of the arrangement, flower or plant is displayed.

We have a variety of arrangements for every occasion. If you don’t see the kind of flower, plant or arrangement you are looking for or have a question, please call us at (847) 723 8727 or email us at AHC-FlowerShop@advocatehealth.com.

Substitution Policy

Depending on the availability of certain flowers, it may be necessary to substitute flowers to complete an arrangement. Every effort is made to maintain the theme, style and color of the requested arrangement, including using flowers of comparable value. We will attempt to contact you to approve any changes to single-flowers arrangements, such as roses or orchids.

Ordering Multiple Items

We are happy to deliver multiple items to one person at one location. However, orders to multiple locations must be entered separately.

Delivery Policy

Deliveries are made (without charge) only to Advocate Hospitals and Support Centers. Orders for locations (other than Advocate Lutheran General Hospital) received before 9:30am on business days will be delivered that same day. Orders received after 9:30 may be delivered the next business day. Because we’re located at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital we accept same day delivery orders throughout the day. Call us at (847) 723-8727, if you have questions regarding the delivery of your purchase.

Change Order Policy

We are unable to cancel or change orders already delivered or enroute. To cancel an order, change the item or delivery date, call us at (847) 723-8727. Cancellations or changes are not accepted via e-mail. Before an order is processed, we confirm that the patient/recipient has not been discharged or moved.

Completing Your Order

After making all of your selections, you may review them in your shopping cart. Begin the checkout process by clicking “checkout.” You will be asked for several pieces of information that are required to successfully complete your online transaction. Upon “submittal” of your order, we confirm that the patient/recipient has not been discharged or moved. If so, we will contact you by phone to discuss further options.
